Jingit

Today I am going to tell you about the app Jingit.

Jingit is currently my favorite rebate app. Here's how it works:

1. Open the app.
2. Reserve the rebates you want and they will be added to your shopping list.
3. Buy the products on your shopping list (or use receipts from products you have already purchased.)
4. Upload the receipt.
5. Select the store the receipt is from and which items on your shopping list are one that receipt.
6. Submit.
7. Wait about a day.
8. Money will be added to your account.
9. Cash out by transferring money to your checking account or with a gift card to walmart, target or other various stores.

What I like about Jingit:
*The rebates are for things I'm always buying - milk, bread, cereal, eggs, chips, diapers, dog food, trash bags, paper towels. etc
*They also often have other rebates for special products and seasonal items - Father's Day cards, umbrella, pool noodles, s'more ingredients, etc
*If you transfer your money directly to your checking account, there is no minimum amount to cash out (gift card payouts have a minimum of either $5 or $10 depending on the gift card)
*Reserving the offers makes it so you don't have to worry about seeing the rebate, buying the items and the rebate being gone before you have a change to upload your receipt.
*Receipts can generally be up to a week old, but for some items (like diapers and dog food and paper towels, it's often up to 30 days)

What I don't like about Jingit:
*The rebates are often "all gone". I'm not sure what their schedule is for when they add new rebates, but they sometimes seem to all get reserved pretty quickly. I've had the most luck looking for rebates to reserve in the mornings. And while sometimes they are reserved pretty quickly, I still love this app because I still get reserved offers quite often and again, they are staple items that I'm buying anyway.
*Once the offer is reserved, you only have 48 hours to upload the receipt. So if you aren't planning to buy the item in the next two days, you won't be able to get that rebate.

In conclusion, I love Jingit. Money back on things I buy anyway? Yes please! I've been using this app for about 7 months and I've gotten over $60 so far - without buying anything special.
