Survivor

Anyone who knows me even a little knows that I LOVE Survivor. I've seen 13 of the 22 seasons. (I missed 9 because I didn't start watching the show until 2007 and not all the previous seasons are out on DVD.) I absolutely LOVE the game. I could never play it, but I love to watch it. Last night was the season finally and it was GREAT!!! Rob (my all time favorite survivor player - and celebrity in general) won! It was so awesome. He played such an amazing game!

The big thing about Survivor I want to blog about though: Through watching Survivor and the live finale shows at the end of each season, I have really become aware of how much better people look (in general) without a lot of makeup. Now I have nothing against make-up. I don't wear it often - but that is mostly due to laziness. And I have no problem with people wearing it. What I find so ironic though is almost always the Survivor players look better (to me) out in the jungle and such than they look at the live reunion show with tons of make-up on. And maybe it's the amount of make-up these girls wear that makes them look better al naturale. I don't blame these girls for wanting to wear make-up to the live reunion show. If I were going to be on live television, I'd wear make-up too. But you can hardly recognize some of them. And they often look very fake. And I usually think they looked so much cuter and prettier with out it. Maybe my opinion is in the minority? Did you watch the live reunion show? Did you prefer Natalie with make-up? or without?
