Recommittment

I am recommitting right now to eat healthier and loose the 12 pounds that I gained over the summer. That's right. No more snacking between meals. No more going over my calorie limit for the day. No more excuses for not exercising because I don't want to get sweaty and have to shower after. That's it. I am doing this!!!!!

  1. Eating healthy snacks every day is actually REALLY good for you. That way you're not hungry when mealtimes come around and you don't eat as much. There's a reason children are so thin. They're snacking ALL the time. Make your meals smaller and add healthy snacks. That's the way to do it.

  2. It's true. And since Ryan doesn't get home until 7pm dinner is usually pretty late. Snacks are where I eat over half of my calories though. So I figure unless I'm eating a snack because I'm hungry, the answer needs to be no or I'll go overboard.
