Ryan and I aren't planning on kids just yet, but we love thinking about what we will name our children. Obviously this isn't set in stone and will depend on the genders on our children, but here are the names we like so far. And for the record, they aren't exactly the most traditional of names, but we really do love the names, so no making fun.
Berringer Wesmorlin Baarz
Maverick Jack Baarz
Audrey Quinn Baarz
Yarrow Julie Baarz
And our kids names contain all of the letters of the alphabet except FHPTX. So after all the kids are born and named, we will get a pet fish and name him Pet Fish X.
Anyway, those are our baby names for now. I'm not 100% sold on Yarrow yet, but Ryan loves it. The other three names we have both wanted basically since we got married and that hasn't changed. One name we used to like in Wentworth, but we've grown apart from that name in the past two years.
I had all my baby names planned out (for like, years!), and then as soon as I got pregnant, they changed. There were names we loved, but we felt we were supposed to name her something else, and when Lili came along, we just knew. I think it really depends on the child.
ReplyDeleteI hear stories about how a couple will have a name all picked out and ready and then as soon as the kid is born, "hmmm...it doesn't look like a Maverick/Audrey/Berringer/Yarrow." And what if we have all boys or all girls? I guess the world will just have to wait and see if Yarrow Baarz will ever exist. It's so fun to think about though!!!!
