Have you ever felt under appreciated? I'm sure everyone has. So don't think I feel like I am the only one feeling under appreciated. But I am getting really fed up with how much my employers don't care about their employees. The people I work with are great. The people I work for...not so great. They are so disorganized but still expect us to be organized and get everything done on time and on their time table when they can't get things done on time themselves. And they aren't even able to supply us with the materials and information to get their requests done in the amount of time allotted. Right now we are waiting for an updated class list of our students. They really don't even care that we don't have a full class. They'll add 8 more kids to our class when they are good and ready leaving us to scramble to get things organized for visiting those children and all the other prep work. I have a job to do and they are making it very difficult. And this isn't anything new. They are always treating us like this. They think they can take their sweet time doing things but we better do everything on time and exactly like they said to even if they've only given us an hour's notice. Not cool!!!
Soooo....to counteract this.....I am trying to appreciate people more. I don't want to be the cause of others feeling under appreciated because I know how sucky that feels.
