Need to Start Exercising Again

So I totally need to start exercising again. And counting calories. As soon as the summer hit, I started slacking on the exercising and I've slacked on the calorie counting for a while now. Sigh. I've gained back 5 of the pounds that I thought I had lost. For those that don't know the whole history: I gained 20 pounds in 2009 - yuck. So at the beginning of the new year I started exercising and counting calories and it went really well. In less than 3 months time I had lost 15 of the 20 pounds. The last 5 pounds didn't seem like a big deal because I was finally starting the gain a more womanly figure and I attribute some of the weight gain to that. But then I went on vacation to Las Vegas where vacation rules apply (meaning you can eat whatever you want since it's vacation.) When I got back from Vegas I never quite got back into exercising or eating right. So my hope is to start recording things on my blog. Maybe this way I'll feel a little more accountable for what I eat and when I exercise. I don't want to make this blog only about exercise and dieting, but every now and again, I'll keep the world wide web posted on how it's going.

  1. You go girl! I recommend a good walking type dvd or the Wii fit if you have one. It's worked awesome for me!
