Like Father, Like Daughter

Caroline rolled over yesterday - a lot! She actually rolled over for the first time over a month ago, but only once and she hadn't done it since and we kind of helped her get her arms in the right spot so we didn't count that long ago one as "real". But yesterday was real for sure. She rolled over from her tummy to her back over and over again. We'll have to start working on the other way next (or on rolling on her left side instead of always her right). So now it's a little hard to get some good tummy time in because she just rolls right over. It's so cute though. I love it!

And no, the title of this post is not because Ryan is a champ at rolling over.

I told Ryan yesterday that the reason Caroline learned to roll over is because she isn't a huge fan of tummy time so she taught herself how to get off her tummy and onto her back where she wants to be. I teased Ryan and told him that Caroline is like him - she's good at getting herself out of things she doesn't want to do. If she ends up like me too - good at getting things you want - Ryan and I will be in big trouble when Caroline is a teenager.

Anyway....I'm so happy for me little girl (no, the "me" is not a typo - it's almost St. Patrick's Day so I thought I'd get in the spirit of the holiday.)
