Caffeine
So I'm trying to cut down how much caffeine I drink. Part of the problem is that I hate drinking anything that isn't diet - except 100% juice - that's okay. If you go out to eat, usually your only diet option has caffeine. Sigh. Anyway....I figure that since in the relatively near future Ryan and I are going to want to have children, it would be best if I wasn't drinking so much Diet Dr. Pepper. I've heard it said that some caffeine is okay when you are pregnant/nursing so I figure I don't have to cut out all of my soda. But I also don't want to have to worry if I am drinking too much of it. I am really big on worrying so the less I have to worry about, the better. I would love to get to a point where I don't have to have it daily. That way if I have any soda I'll know that it isn't too much for the baby. Anyway...here's trying!!!
