Caffeine Update

Early I mentioned how I want to cut down on my caffeine consumption. And I have to say, it is going pretty well. I have cut the amount of soda I drink daily by significantly more than half. Yay!! There are many headaches to be endured from the lack of caffeine and more naps being taken. But so far I'm doing well at cutting back. Just a warning - if you don't currently drink caffeine, I recommend not starting a regular habit of it. I used to not drink any caffeine. Then it was just sips of Ryan's soda. Then the occasional soda when I was at a restaurant. Then I would drink soda when I was tired. And 4 years later it was a habit that needs breaking and comes with actual withdrawal symptoms. I really have nothing against caffeine, but from my experience, it's better to not need it consistently. And then it can be more effective if you do need it when you have a migraine or when you are driving cross-country, etc.
